The Honx Asbestos Trust

The HONX Asbestos Trust (the “Trust”) was established pursuant to the Further Modified First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of HONX, Inc. The Trust was created to process, liquidate, and pay valid asbestos personal injury claims in accordance with the HONX Asbestos Trust Distribution Procedures (as may be amended from time to time, the “TDP”).

Pursuant to the TDP, the Trust has adopted policies and procedures for receiving, reviewing, and paying claims for asbestos personal injuries. The claim form and TDP are available for download on the Resources page of this website.

Claims may be filed with the Trust on or after March 8, 2024, (See Section II (B)(1) of the TDP). The Trust will process claims in the order stipulated by Section II (C) of the TDP.
